In our era where science is under attack and the president of the United States disparages protective health orders spiraling the death toll out of control. This video compares the death toll of Covid-19 to other well known mass death events. Covid-19 proves to be a more effective killer than 9/11, Hurricane Katrina, the war in Vietnam and thermonuclear war.
The Trump administration’s response was led by Scott Atlas, a Doctor with no experience in viral disease. Atlas advocated a herd immunity strategy, while not publicly acknowledged but the president, the administrations actions followed this strategy. Pursing herd immunity meant, only to take action in communities where hospitalizations threaten the health care system, and only to prop them up temporarily. This video questions what the death toll will be tomorrow given demonstrated deadly effectiveness compared to war, nature and the Spanish Flu.
